2. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
3. If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, th999's decision on the outcome is final.
4. If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake is generally refunded.
5. For live betting, the odds accepted at the time the bet is placed will apply, even if the odds change afterwards.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on th999 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Transactions involving money laundering or illegally obtained funds.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Fraudulent activity against other users.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.

Th999 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Registration with false information.

• Game loss due to internet disconnection.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Issues with your device or network connection.
